the birth of bela flor
I was inspired to start Bela Flor when I became pregnant with my first child, whom this company is named for. As my little Bela grew inside of me, so too did my belly, and I was in need of a body butter to care for my skin during that period of change.
meet the founder
Melanie embarked on her journey as a healer in 2005, igniting her passion for holistic wellness. Her transformative education began at the Heartwood Institute in Garberville, California. Melanie's thirst for knowledge led her to further exploration, culminating in her attunement to the profound energies of Reiki and the mastery of Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic oil massage technique.
