Lavender & Lemon Balm Sleepy Tea



Lavender & lemon balm tea is a delicious end-of-the-day digestive and sleepy-time tea. Both of these spring herbs are known for soothing digestive issues, calming anxiety, and improving sleep.  Try it tonight with a heaping spoonful of honey and a pump of Bela Flor Serenity Drops!


 ingredients 

  • 5 sprigs fresh lemon balm (or 2 tbsp dried)

  • 4 sprigs fresh lavender honey (or 1 tbsp dried)

  • honey (optional)

  • Bela Flor Serenity Drops (optional)


 instructions 

  1. Place herbs in a teapot or quart mason jar. Boil water and pour over herbs, allow to steep for 5-8 minutes.

  2. Strain into your mug.

  3. Add honey to taste and Bela Flor Serenity Drops (if using).

  4. Enjoy!
